Dr. Vella is the owner and founder of the Palm Desert CA chiropractic clinic, Palm Desert Chiropractic. Originally from San Diego, he also spent much of his childhood growing up in Oregon. With a passion for sports from a young age, it was injuries he sustained as a teenager that first led him to a chiropractor. The impact and quick healing results from those first few adjustments opened his eyes to the power of chiropractic and how it could change lives with as little as one adjustment.

More About Dr. Sam Vella In Palm Desert CA

Dr. Vella attended Oregon State University and then went on to receive his “Doctor of Chiropractic” from Life Chiropractic College West in 2000. He returned to San Diego and built his first chiropractic office. After several years in San Diego, his love for Hawaii and passion for surfing took over and he moved to Hawaii in search of a tropical lifestyle. Dr. Vella built successful offices in Haleiwa (on the North Shore of Oahu) and Honolulu. For almost a decade, he was the chiropractor for the World Surf League’s Triple Crown of Surfing and the Pipeline Masters (Hawaii’s most prestigious surfing events) where he took care of the world’s top surfers.

Feeling too far from home for too long, Dr. Vella returned to his California roots to set up Palm Desert Chiropractic located in Palm Desert, CA. He is excited to share with the Coachella Valley his decades of experience, his passion for health and wellness and advocate the chiropractic lifestyle.

Dr. Vella is the proud husband and father of two children. His passions are spending time with his family, good food, traveling and staying active in sports such as mountain biking, surfing, skiing and hiking.
